Intently ("the App") is designed to help users analyze and break down complex tasks into manageable steps using on-device artificial intelligence. Your privacy is important, and this policy explains how information is handled.
1. Information We Collect
Intently does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
- No account creation is required
- No personal information is requested
- No analytics or tracking tools are used
- No data is sent to external servers
All task inputs, generated plans, and user activity remain entirely on your device.
2. How Your Information Is Used
All processing occurs locally on your device. The app uses your input solely to:
- Analyze and break down tasks
- Generate step-by-step plans
- Allow optional export of plans as PDF files
- Enable backup and restore of app settings and data
3. Data Storage and Backup
All data is stored locally on your device and is under your control.
- The App provides an option to back up and restore app data and settings
- Backups are created and stored locally or in locations you explicitly choose (such as your device storage or personal cloud services via the iOS share sheet)
- The App does not access, store, or manage backups on external servers
You are solely responsible for managing your backups and where they are stored.
- Deleting the app will remove all locally stored data
- Restoring data depends on your saved backup files
4. Data Sharing
Intently does not share any user data with third parties.
If you choose to export a PDF or create a backup and share it externally, that action is entirely initiated by you and subject to the privacy policies of the destination platform (e.g., iCloud Drive, email, or third-party apps).
5. Children's Privacy
Intently does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13, since no data collection occurs.
6. Security
Because all data remains on-device and no external transmission occurs, your information is inherently protected from network-based risks. However, you are responsible for securing access to your device and any backup files you create.
