Intently provides tools powered by on-device artificial intelligence to help users:
- Analyze tasks
- Break tasks into actionable steps
- Generate structured plans
- Export plans as PDF documents
- Back up and restore app data and settings
The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an account.
2. No Guarantees or Professional Advice
Intently is a productivity tool and does not provide:
- Medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
- Guarantees of outcomes or task completion
All suggestions and plans generated by the App are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for how you use them.
3. User Responsibility
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Review and validate any generated plans before acting on them
- Take full responsibility for any actions taken based on the App's output
- Manage and safeguard any backups you create
4. Data Storage and Backup
All data created within the App is stored locally on your device.
- The App allows you to create backups of your data and settings
- Backups are stored only in locations you choose
- The App does not maintain or store backups on external servers
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for maintaining backup copies if desired
- Data may be permanently lost if the App is deleted without a backup
- Restoring data depends on the integrity and availability of your backup files
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, features, and functionality, remain the property of the developer.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Exported and Backup Content
You retain full ownership of any plans, PDFs, or backup files created using the App.
You are solely responsible for:
- How you store, share, or distribute exported files or backups
- Ensuring backup files are kept secure
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intently is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The developer is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damages
- Loss of data, including lost or corrupted backups
- Loss of productivity or outcomes
- Decisions made based on App-generated content
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
