These Terms of Service govern your use of SnapKeep. By using SnapKeep, you agree to these Terms.
SnapKeep is a media management application that allows users to review photos and videos, choose media to keep or delete, and convert Live Photos into still images.
You are solely responsible for selecting media to delete, confirming deletion actions, and maintaining backups of important content. SnapKeep cannot recover permanently removed media.
Certain features require access to your device's Photos library. You may revoke permissions at any time through iOS Settings.
Media operations are performed locally on your device. SnapKeep does not guarantee preservation of files after deletion actions initiated by the user.
SnapKeep is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is provided regarding uninterrupted operation, and no guarantee is made that conversion results will meet every expectation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapKeep and its developers shall not be liable for accidental deletion of content, loss of media, device storage issues, or data loss resulting from user actions.
SnapKeep and its associated branding remain the property of their respective owners. Users retain ownership of their photos and videos.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of SnapKeep after changes indicates acceptance.
You may stop using SnapKeep at any time by deleting the application.
