By downloading, installing, or using SubView, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

1. Description of Service

SubView is a subscription and recurring expense tracking tool that allows users to manually record and monitor recurring financial commitments.

SubView is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SubView for personal or lawful business use.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the app
• Redistribute the app without authorization
• Copy proprietary content
• Use the app in violation of applicable laws

3. No Financial Advice

SubView does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• Accounting services

Any information displayed by the app is based solely on information entered by the user. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Entering accurate information
• Maintaining backups if desired
• Protecting access to your device
• Reviewing subscription information for accuracy

SubView cannot verify the accuracy of user-entered information.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Calculations, projections, reminders, and reports are provided for convenience.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all calculations or notifications will be error-free or available at all times.

You should independently verify any financial information before acting on it.

6. Local Data Storage

SubView stores information locally on your device. We are not responsible for:

• Device failures
• Lost devices
• Deleted data
• Corrupted data
• Operating system issues

Users are responsible for maintaining any desired backups.

7. Subscription Cancellation Responsibility

SubView helps you track subscriptions but does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for:

• Managing your subscriptions
• Contacting service providers
• Cancelling recurring charges

8. In-App Purchases

SubView is free to download. A one-time in-app purchase of $9.99 is available to unlock Premium features, including unlimited subscriptions, reports & analytics, monthly audit tool, export & import, biometric lock, budget tracking, and timeline view.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubView is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubView and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Missed subscription payments
• Missed cancellation deadlines
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Apple Disclaimer

These Terms are between you and the developer of SubView, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or any claims related to it.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of SubView at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SubView after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
